EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of placing your order, without giving any reason.
However, by completing your purchase and downloading the files, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun.

General Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances:
Eligible for refund:
- Product not delivered within 24 hours
- Product files are corrupted or defective
- Duplicate purchase made in error
- Technical issues preventing download
Not eligible for refund:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Compatibility issues with your software
- Lack of technical skills to use the product
Return Process
